Direct Support Professional
Provide support, training, activities and assistance to individuals in their home, in areas such as building relationships, transportation, cooking, cleaning and being a part of the community in which they live.

Program Assistant
Provide supervision and assistance to Hmong Elders participating in the Adult Day Program, creating a safe, culturally responsive environment that promotes the active involvement of those served through choice, respect, empowerment and promotion of well-being.

In-Home DSP
This position off flexible Full-time or part-time afternoons, evenings or weekends. Work one-on-one with an adult with developmental disability in their family home. Provide supervision, training, and assistance in activities of daily living to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home. Interact with individuals we support in a supportive, caring manner. Work cooperatively with team, families and other professionals. Assist individuals with activities such as cooking, shopping, and leisure activities. Provide transportation, companionship and advocacy for any work toward personal goals. Effectively implement programs according to individual needs including planning and thorough documentation of progress on outcomes.  Follow all procedures to care for each person’s health and safety, including medical or behavioral emergencies

House Coordinator
Provide supervision to a team of staff and volunteers in a residential setting for 4 to 6 individuals with developmental disabilities. Be a committed and caring person who assures a living environment that promotes involvement of the men and women served through choice, respect and promotion of well-being. Be responsible for all on-site operational aspects of the Residential Services program and performs duties in accordance with the mission statement and policies of Wingspan Life Resources.

Wingspan looks to their current staff when promotional opportunities arise. Staff receive coaching, support and backup from the supervisory staff, many of them have worked as direct care themselves.
